At Shop The Sample, we offer exclusive luxury sample sales and limited-quantity merchandise at significantly reduced prices. Due to the nature of these sales, all purchases are final.


All Sales Are Final. No Returns. No Exchanges. No Refunds.


We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or any other reason outside of the exceptions listed below.


MISSING, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS



If your order arrives with a missing, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the item and packaging

• A description of the issue


We will review the claim and coordinate with the brand where applicable. If the item cannot be replaced, we will issue a refund for the affected item only.


Claims submitted after 3 days of delivery may not be eligible for review.
